What began as a simple empty box storage unit was transformed into a striking, functional, and unique office space for James & James Construction Corp. A second floor was built into the unit to house the reception area, conference room, and a group of offices while the lower floor was kept as storage space for company equipment and supplies. Industrial lighting and furnishings, over-grouted brick work, and distressed hard wood flooring were installed, along with beautifully stained custom cabinetry, raw edge granite, and a handmade sliding barn door, to pull together this one-of-a-kind commercial office.

Resting in the peaceful neighborhood of Copper Canyon Village, the Eureka Ridge home welcomes you with modern transitional style. A light and airy feel is created with a neutral color palette, soft textured tile, light wide-plank wood flooring, mixed metals and a modern lighting package to tie it all together.
